The University of Cape Canaveral is a DBA privately owned by Cape Canaveral Educational Services, LLC, which is wholly owned by Dr. Joaquin Vidal and is registered with the Florida Department of Corporations as a For-Profit company.

Facilities
The University of Cape Canaveral has its administrative office located at 5201 Blue Lagoon Drive Suite 948, Miami, FL, 33126. The 84 sq. ft. facility is located in beautiful Miami. The office includes staff quarters, two shared meeting rooms, a shared lounge, reception, a 24/7 cafeteria, a shared copy room, private bathrooms elevators, and stairs. The location is secured with a building PIN entrance for access outside of office hours. Wi-Fi access is open for personnel and visitors throughout the facility. The building is in full compliance with all required safety, fire, and sanitization departments with disability access throughout and free parking garage. The institution plans on organizing its key sustainable systems and stabilizing their revenue. Upon reaching said milestones, the University will relocate to offer additional student amenities
